چکیده

Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs)-based composite decorating with single-walled carbon nanohorns (SWCNHs) was synthesized and modified on a gold electrode for non-enzymatic glucose detection. The by simple covalent bonding method. AuNPs an average particle size of 40 nm are dispersed homogeneously the surface SWCNHs. Therefore, synergistic effect SWCNHs leads to excellent sensing performance. AuNPs/SWCNHs nanocomposites acted as fast redox probe oxidation exhibiting good performance, including high sensitivity (275.33 352.5 μA cm−2 mM−1), low detection limit 0.72 μM (S/N = 3). sensor also demonstrates stability, reproducibility, selectivity. Moreover, contents detected this in right agreement real value blood samples. In summary, study showed that have potential be used

Non-Enzymatic Glucose Biosensor Based on CuO-Decorated CeO2 Nanoparticles

Copper oxide (CuO)-decorated cerium oxide (CeO₂) nanoparticles were synthesized and used to detect glucose non-enzymatically. The morphological characteristics and structure of the nanoparticles were characterized through transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction. The sensor responses of electrodes to glucose were investigated via an electrochemic...

A novel fluorescent aptasensor based on single-walled carbon nanohorns.

Single-walled carbon nanohorns have been used to construct an aptasensor for the first time. This novel aptasensor was successfully used for the detection of thrombin with high sensitivity and excellent selectivity. This thrombin aptasensor has a detection limit of as low as 100 pM.

Palladium Nanoparticles Decorated Single-Walled Carbon Nanotube Hydrogen Sensor

We developed a simple and cost-effective fabrication technique to construct a hydrogen nanosensor by decorating single-walled carbon nanotubes with Pd nanoparticles. By varying the sensor’s synthesis conditions (e.g., Pd electrodeposition charge, deposition potential, and initial baseline resistance of the SWNT network), the sensing performance was optimized. The optimized sensor showed excelle...

Non-Enzymatic Glucose Sensing Using Carbon Quantum Dots Decorated with Copper Oxide Nanoparticles

Perturbations in glucose homeostasis is critical for human health, as hyperglycemia (defining diabetes) leads to premature death caused by macrovascular and microvascular complications. However, the simple and accurate detection of glucose in the blood at low cost remains a challenging task, although it is of great importance for the diagnosis and therapy of diabetic patients. In this work, car...
